ESCROW PROCESSOR

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

• Reviewing consumer and commercial escrow calculations to determine accuracy of the calculations for record set-up at origination
• Analyzing consumer and commercial escrow accounts and pay insurance and taxes when due
• Providing feedback to loan assistants and loan officers on new escrow loans
• Obtaining and paying insurance, tax, and private mortgage insurance bills
• Providing accurate answers to questions regarding escrow information
• Force placing flood and hazard insurance as needed.

Requirements for the position include:

• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a lending environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in both Word and Excel computer programs
• Basic accounting skills and the ability to perform at a high level of accuracy

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• A Bachelor’s degree in business related field (may be waived in lieu of experience)
