We are seeking experienced candidates for a Real Estate Paralegal to handle purchases and sales of commercial and residential real estate loan closings in our Danvers, MA, and Salem, NH office. The ideal candidates will be able to develop and maintain a good working, professional relationship with our colleagues, lenders, realtors, and clients. Compensation:
Commensurate with experience

• Professional client contact via phone and email
• Accurately open client files
• Request all documents pertaining to closing
• Title work including review and title clearing
• Schedule closing
• Prepare closing package
• Balance files

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience preferred, and willing to train with transferrable skills
• Work well within a team
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong technical written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
