  • Hadley Properties Real Estate (HPRE) is hiring real estate agents that desire a profession that provides greater personal flexibility and an opportunity to work from home regardless of your experience in the industry. Full-time, part-time, or just want to maintain an active license to assist family and friends. We also support agents that only wish to maintain their license in an active status without financial ties to an association. Our family-owned independent residential and commercial brokerage believes so strongly in our compensation model that we begin investing in our agents immediately with personalized marketing materials and an extensive onboarding program that includes best practices for before, during and after a sale. This is a commission-based pay system where longevity in our organization is rewarded, earned advancements are never reduced because of a challenging sales year, and we offer an opportunity for self-motivated entry level agents to earn a higher percentage than many other senior counterparts at other firms. As an organization we are a member of the Better Business Bureau (A ) and National Realtor Association while fully supporting the principles of the Fair Housing Act and the Equal Opportunity Act.

We are looking for licensed agents willing to represent us throughout South Carolina, large portions of North Carolina (Charlotte and Asheville regions), and areas in Georgia (Augusta and Savannah regions).

If you are a licensed agent in South Carolina, North Carolina, and/or Georgia:

    • Opportunity to keep 90% of your commission
    • Commission rate grows with longevity, experience, high earner, and self-marketing bonuses
    • Access to leads and referrals
    • Greater flexibility to build your brand and practice real estate at your own pace
    • Don’t want to maintain memberships with multiple listing services and associations – place your active real estate license in our referral office
    • Free initial training and agent startup kit
    • Dedicated mentor and 24/7 support
    • No agent on duty requirements, greater autonomy, no quotas
    • Practice residential and commercial real estate simultaneously
    • Expand your professional real estate reach beyond where the rigid local corporate franchise brick and mortar building operates
    • We are licensed in both North and South Carolina along with Georgia. Expanding into Florida

If you are interested in becoming part of our real estate family and a member of a great profession – send us your resume.
