Job Title: Paralegal (Estate Planning)

Location: Hackensack, NJ

Salary: $60k-95k

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Estate Planning Paralegal to join our legal team. As a Paralegal, you will provide essential support to our attorneys and assist in various legal tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for the legal field.

Duties:
- File and organize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence

-Responsible for handling all phases of estate planning, including preparation and drafting of documents, preparing deeds and beneficiary designation forms.
- Conduct document review and analysis
- Maintain case files and update case management systems
- Assist with drafting legal documents, such as contracts and agreements
- Conduct legal research using resources such as Westlaw
- Prepare and organize exhibits for trial or hearings
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, depositions, and interviews
- Assist with client intake and interviews
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including managing calendars and handling phone calls with professionalism and etiquette

Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient in legal research tools such as Westlaw
- Familiarity with document management systems like iManage
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of legal administrative procedures and protocols
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to Relocate:
