Your Legacy Legal Care has an opening for an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to assist us by providing excellent support services, including drafting documents for preparation and review and helping clients with a personalized plan that works when they need it.

Experience with Wealth Counsel is a plus; expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite is required. To be successful, you will need a commitment to a quality work product, strong attention to detail, and a desire for continuous learning.

This position is in our Clear Lake office.

• Meet with attorneys, clients, and other professionals in person, by phone, and virtually to discuss assigned cases or projects.
• Draft and prepare estate planning documents.
• Proofread estate planning documents drafted by other members of the team.
• Manage calendar for maximum efficiency
• Perform research
• Accurately record hours/productivity in the firm's time management software.
• Be comfortable with change and have the ability to adapt as needed

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Hold the ability to follow established office procedures
