Estate Planning Consultant jobs in Miami, FL

We are searching for a highly analytical applicant who is capable of working full-time and possesses strong negotiation and organizational abilities to join our growing firm as an estate planning attorney. You will create wills, trusts, and powers of attorney for our clients and their families and educate them on matters of insurance and powers of attorney. To guarantee that an estate is managed in accordance with the estate owner's intentions, this role demands a high degree of responsibility. $80,000 - $120,000 yearly bonus DOE

• Assist clients effectively by understanding their needs, analyzing the situation, then strategizing and deciding on a proper course of action
• Draft and file wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Organize and maintain client files to ensure they are kept current
• Advise clients regarding retirement plans, charitable giving, and insurance options
• Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move files through the civil litigation process

• Effective in advising clients on and leading a support team in funding trusts/aligning assets with the client’s estate plan
• Manage estate administration from open to close
• Oversee, counsel, guide, train, and mentor Paralegals and legal staff, including assigning work and monitoring work product
• Monitor relevant caseload pipeline and act as necessary to move cases progressively forward and through the pipeline in accordance with defined milestones
• Engage in Business Development and Community Engagement
• Manage Client Relationships

• Wide range of knowledge regarding real estate-related topics such as title insurance, wills and trusts, property management, and litigation
• At least 1-2 years of working in a law firm on on estate planning and probate law issues is necessary
• 4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are necessary for this position
• Candidates should be great communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high
• Active membership with the ABA (American Bar Association)

• Licensed member of the Florida Bar
