We have an immediate opening for an experienced and motivated Paralegal in our Providence, RI office. Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of experience with tax controversy, civil litigaton, estate planning and probate. Qualifications:

• Experience with estate administration and probate
• Experience filing annual reports and forming corporations
• Ability to assist drafting trusts, estate planning documents and be familiar with trust accounting forms
• Experience preparing and filing legal documents (RI, Federal and state courts)
• Knowledge of court rules, calendaring, e-filing and procedures
• Able to work independently on pleadings, discovery, document review and case management
• Proficiency in document management software is preferred
• Strong computer skills, excellent verbal and written skills and must be organized and detail oriented
• Paralegal certificate is required and Bachelor’s Degree is a plus

Salary Range - $60,000 - $65,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
