A qualified candidate will have experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advanced directives, and other related documents. A great candidate will also have experience in one or more of our other practice areas: probate, guardianship, Medicaid planning, and special needs planning. This attorney should be self-sufficient and have the ability to independently represent the client from the inception of the representation to its conclusion.
