A top estate planning firm in Trevose, PA is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to provide expert services to aging individuals and their families. The firm helps clients obtain essential care services for their loved ones through facilities or social services, including in-home care, respite care, and Medicaid planning. They are looking for self-motivated attorneys, with 3-5 years of experience in Elder law, estate planning, or trust planning, who are capable of adapting quickly to a fast-paced environment. Pay Range: $100,000 - $140,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Draft wills, trusts, and related legal documents
• Engage in business development activities to contribute to revenue generation
• Manage a caseload of approximately 40-50 clients, focusing on 10-20 cases at a time
• Collaborate with clients on Life Care Planning, including power of attorney and trust establishment
• Assist clients with Medicaid planning, a labor-intensive aspect of the role
• Handle estate planning, guardianship, and estate administration matters
• Travel to clients' homes when necessary
• Utilize Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite, Time Matters, and Interactive Legal (ILS) software

• 3 to 5 years of Elder Law experience
• Knowledge of estate planning, trust planning and medi-caid
• Must be barred in Pennsylvania
• New Jersey bar admission is preferred
• Proactive and able to take initiative
