Estate Planning Director directs all aspects of the estate planning function including sales, staffing, and supervision. Participates in training and estate planning workshops. Being an Estate Planning Director ensures that the agency stays abreast of regulatory guidelines and new trends in the field. Researches and advises on tax, technical, and legal questions. Additionally, Estate Planning Director introduces new life products to the field and contributes to design of related software and tools. May be a speaker at insurance conferences or meetings. Requires a bachelor's degree of business, marketing, or mathematics. Typically reports to top management. May require Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). The Estate Planning Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be an Estate Planning Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to effectively promote commercial real estate properties, targeting prospective tenants, investors and business owners.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and target audience preferences, ensuring a competitive edge in the market.
    • Create engaging marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, website updates, social media content, and eblasts, that effectively showcase our commercial real estate portfolio and attract the attention of potential clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including leasing, sales, and property management, to develop integrated marketing plans that align with business objectives and support their specific needs.
    • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, and sign management ensuring quality standards are met, and deadlines are achieved.
    • Assist in entering properties and data in to multiple advertising portals.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to propose innovative marketing solutions and maintain a competitive advantage.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A specialization in Real Estate Marketing is a plus.
    • Proven experience (2 years) working in marketing and administrative office work, preferably in the commercial real estate industry or a related field.
    • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, such as content management systems, email marketing tools, social media management, and website analytics.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
    • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
