Estate Planning Director directs all aspects of the estate planning function including sales, staffing, and supervision. Participates in training and estate planning workshops. Being an Estate Planning Director ensures that the agency stays abreast of regulatory guidelines and new trends in the field. Researches and advises on tax, technical, and legal questions. Additionally, Estate Planning Director introduces new life products to the field and contributes to design of related software and tools. May be a speaker at insurance conferences or meetings. Requires a bachelor's degree of business, marketing, or mathematics. Typically reports to top management. May require Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). The Estate Planning Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be an Estate Planning Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. We are in need of a Personal Care Aide to assist one of our clients who is an elderly male Veteran and needs some help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and walking - to stay independent at home. The job is located in the city of Lawler.
This is a long term part time position. We offer same day pay options for our caregivers. The schedule is flexible but must stick to the schedule once it is agreed upon. Paid at $30/hour for 6 hours/week.
The job starts soon. Experience as a caregiver is required. We can train on the specifics of the job. We will perform a background check.
Must get a TB (Tuberculosis) skin test if not had one in last 3 years. You can do this at CVS Minute Clinics. Schedule appt. online at your local CVS. Cost is $75. We reimburse the $75 on the first paycheck - if you keep the reciept: www.minuteclinic.com
