Our Estate Planning and Probate Law Firm is looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Paralegal to play a vital role on our legal team.
This position will be the primary Estate Planning Paralegal and will provide overflow support for our Probate team members. As the Estate Planning Paralegal, you would be responsible for preparing the appropriate legal documents for Clients based upon data collected by and the plan design created by the Attorney. You would ensure accuracy of the data collected, use the Firm’s document assembly software to produce accurate, high-quality, customized, professional-looking legal documents, conduct the final signing ceremony for clients, assist with trust funding and beneficiary designations, and offer additional services of the firm. The Signing Ceremony makes the final and most lasting impression of the firm’s image, cementing the relationship with the client.
You will also provide critical back up support for our Probate Paralegal, communicating with clients, drafting legal documents, preparing briefs, and keeping case files and other important information neatly organized and easily accessible.
