Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a File Clerk. As a File Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining and organizing physical and electronic files, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.

Responsibilities:

- Sort, categorize, and file documents in accordance with established filing systems

- Scan and digitize paper documents for electronic storage

- Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain databases and systems

- Collect data and information from various sources for record-keeping purposes

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient in basic math skills

- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic calculations

- Ability to navigate databases and systems effectively

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in office equipment operation (e.g., scanners, printers)
