• Collaborate with clients to strategize asset distribution plans
• Provide expert guidance on retirement plans, charitable giving, and insurance options
• Analyze legal situations, understand client needs, and devise strategic action plans
• Prepare wills, trusts, and powers of attorney

We are seeking candidates with the following characteristics:

• 
  5 years of Minnesota Estate Planning and Probate experience
• Licensed to practice law in Minnesota
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, tech-savvy, meticulous attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, and strong writing abilities
