Estimating Director leads the estimating function and develops standards, procedures, tools, and methodologies to produce cost estimates for technical projects based on work scope, specifications, and proposal or contract requirements. Establishes processes to perform analysis of project requirements, plans, and specifications to identify labor, material, equipment, and service requirements. Being an Estimating Director incorporates benchmark data, trends, and historical pricing to generate detailed cost estimates that consist of itemized lists of expenses, labor hours, material quantities, and potential cost variations. Develops a workflow and system for scheduling and processing estimate requests and communicating with stakeholders. Additionally, Estimating Director depending on the complexity and type of project, may use different estimating methods, mathematical models, or specialized estimating software tools to generate estimates. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Estimating Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Estimating Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     As the Wellness Director (Health Services) you’re the clinical leader and oversee the Wellness team. It’s your responsibility to guide and encourage staff and collaborate with other leaders in the community to meet the comprehensive needs of our residents.

    What Cascade Living and Creekside look for in a Wellness Director (Health Services):

    • Maintains a current state license as a professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
    • Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner
    • Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families
    • Demonstrate active listening techniques, gain support by treating others with dignity and respect
    • Strong customer service skills with ability to problem solve
    • Work with the dining room manager to identify dietary needs and develop appropriate dietary plans
    • Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day
    • Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekend

    What you can expect to do as a Wellness Director (Health Services) for Creekside:

    • Make a significant contribution to the quality of life our residents by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency
    • Review routines, calendar of events, team member schedule and coordinate resident appointments, treatments, or procedures
    • Assists with new resident orientation and transition to community
    • Develop, implement and update service plans
    • Make daily rounds to observe and evaluate the physical and emotional status of residents
    • Coordinate admission and discharge of residents
    • Evaluate employee performance and assume responsibility for recruiting, hiring and training new employees
    • Ensures documentation of resident clinical status and is able to communicate to physicians and other healthcare professionals
    • Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted at shift change
    • Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
    • Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living

    $75,000 - $85,000 /annually 
    Depending on Expereince
