Estimating Role

• Work with Design and Build team to develop a cost basis for ground-up construction projects
• Direct daily activities related to pre-construction estimating
• Coordinate and communicate with Leadership and Project Management
• Review and approve all subcontractor bids

Estimator Qualifications:

• Construction Management Degree or equivalent experience
• Must have a proven work history working with a General Contractor
• Demonstrated experience ground-up projects over $15 million.
• Proficiency with estimating and project management software
• Extensive people skills
