Estimating Director leads the estimating function and develops standards, procedures, tools, and methodologies to produce cost estimates for technical projects based on work scope, specifications, and proposal or contract requirements. Establishes processes to perform analysis of project requirements, plans, and specifications to identify labor, material, equipment, and service requirements. Being an Estimating Director incorporates benchmark data, trends, and historical pricing to generate detailed cost estimates that consist of itemized lists of expenses, labor hours, material quantities, and potential cost variations. Develops a workflow and system for scheduling and processing estimate requests and communicating with stakeholders. Additionally, Estimating Director depending on the complexity and type of project, may use different estimating methods, mathematical models, or specialized estimating software tools to generate estimates. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Estimating Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be an Estimating Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.   • In this position, The Wellness Director will assess resident problems and needs, develop and implement care and service plans, and maintain medical records and administer nursing care to residents. In addition, this position supervises throughout their shift the care, treatment and services provided to the resident by the care staff, as well as other healthcare staff assigned to that unit. The Wellness Director insures that all documentation, charting and reporting has been done correctly and in a timely manner, demonstrates strong ethical and safety practices, and works closely with other nursing staff on resident update and or changes in status.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:


    • Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
    • Monitor, record and report symptoms and changes in resident’s conditions.
    • Record resident’s medical information and vital signs. Regulate and adjust medication and treatments in consultation with the physician, monitoring closely for adverse side effects.
    • Participate in formal and informal resident activities aimed at promoting positive health practices and understanding of the individual’s medical issues.
    • Participate in Community state surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies as requested.
    • Consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care plans.
    • Monitor all aspects of resident care, including diet and physical activity.
    • Direct and supervise caregiver personnel. Direct the day-to-day functions of Caregivers in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern assisted living care.
    • Administer medications as per physician’s orders.
    • Direct and coordinate infection control programs, advising and consulting with specified personnel about necessary precautions.
    • Perform administrative and managerial functions, such as taking responsibility for a unit's staff, budget and planning.
    • Provide or arrange for training or instruction of auxiliary personnel.


    • An equivalent combination of experience, education, and other qualifications may be considered.
    • Able to lift a minimum of 25 to 75 pounds.

    • LPN or RN Required
    • Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
    • Must have excellent observation, good nursing judgment, and good oral and written communication skills.
    • Professional in attitude, demeanor and dress.
    • Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to be flexible in working hours.
