Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant for our Estimating Department in Port Orange. This position requires an individual that can handle a fast-paced workflow to meet critical deadlines. Position requires at least 5 years' experience as an administrative assistant; and must be proficient in Microsoft: Excel, Word, and Outlook as well as internet searches. This person will need to be detail-oriented, able to communicate clearly and concisely with others; not limited to: suppliers, general contractors, and city or state agencies. In addition, this person must be organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Take phone calls.

• Respond to emails.

• Assist with Bid Process for Plumbing and HVAC Commercial work.

• Communicate professionally and work with suppliers to produce quotes and estimates for the Bids.

Requirements:

• 5 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and internet searches.

• Attention to detail.

• Work independently and not hesitate to ask questions.

• Meet deadlines with a fast-paced workflow.
