ESTIMATING COORDINATOR: This is where you come in. 

We’re looking for an Estimating Coordinator to provide accurate data entry, thorough project tracking and document control. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and effective collaboration skills to support various aspects of project estimation while maintaining high levels of customer service with our internal partners. This position will also assist with project setup, closeout, and archiving. Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero: 

• Provide accurate data entry and transposition of project documents 
• Showcase effective collaboration, effective collaboration & communication 
• Assist Estimators with quick-turn tasking (Preliminary PowerPoint building, reporting, spreadsheet creation, etc) 
• Process project tracking, reporting, and document control  
• Project Setup, Closeout, and Archiving of documents in internal systems 

The Estimating Coordinator role reports to Amy Johnson - Estimating Manager on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business. This highly visible role interacts with all levels and functions within the organization.

Compensation: $22-$29 per hour
