Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work and materials required
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, and equipment
• Collaborate with logistic coordinator and manager to ensure accurate and timely estimates
• Track and analyze project costs to ensure they stay within budget
• Communicate with clients and vendors to obtain pricing and other information needed for estimates
• Prepare and submit bids and proposals for projects
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as needed

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software
