```Overview: We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our construction projects by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring that projects are completed within budget. If you have a strong background in construction estimating and project management, we want to hear from you. Duties: - Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment - Analyze project plans and specifications to determine project requirements and scope - Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for accurate estimates - Utilize software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid to perform takeoffs and generate estimates - Negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing - Review contracts and identify potential risks or issues related to pricing or scope of work - Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and provide recommendations for cost control measures - Assist with project management duties as needed, including attending meetings and coordinating with stakeholders Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred - Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably in commercial or industrial projects - Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes - Proficiency in using estimating software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid - Excellent negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors - Solid understanding of project management principles - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to accurately estimate costs - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance - Retirement plan options - Paid time off and holidays If you have the skills and experience we are looking for, please apply with your updated resume.
