Clean Estimator

Principle Responsibilities

Prepare cost and work completion estimates for cleanroom projects to be bid.

Standard Duties

Review specifications for determining total work to be performed. Use historical data and current price quotes from subcontractors

and material suppliers. Compile itemized material and price lists from specifications orders of work. Compute cost estimates of materials,

purchased equipment, labor and subcontracted work. Consult with Direct Report regarding cost problems or RFI's to be written that will effect

final cost.

Requirements

Strong communication skills to solicit and verify subcontractor/vendor quotes. Thorough

knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook.

Capabilities

Must have good oral and written communications skills.

Physical Requirements

Sitting for extended period of time. Using computer and computer systems.

Equipment to be Used

Computer, estimating software, calculator.

Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00/hourly based on experience.
