Scoping and Estimating

• Be well versed in preparing estimates with Xactimate and or Symbility and working with various insurance carriers meeting the requirements of each carrier.

• Prepare construction estimates ranging from $5,000-$500,000

• Completing estimates within 48 hours of initial inspection.

• Completing additional required comments within 8-24 hours.

• Use Docusketch for digital documentation.

• Review approved estimate with Project Manager going over scope of work and budgeting at the beginning of every job.

• Review insurance supplements and change orders with Project Manager.

• Ensure any additional work is documented and approved by insurance company and all change orders are signed
