Job Summary:

We are looking for assistance in our Estimating Department, specifically preparing detailed take offs and preparation of material quotes. The ideal candidate should have experience with reading & understanding blue prints, working digitally, and have a working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, Excel, and other MS office products. If you are detail-oriented, organized and work well with deadlines please reach out. Knowledge of Division 8 (doors, frames, and hardware) or other construction estimating is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing architectural drawings and specifications for large scale buildings and calculating the material required to furnish the Division 8 Scope of Doors, Frames and Hardware.
• Organizing information into material groups to calculate pricing.
• Providing customers with a well-qualified and clearly written proposal for the material being priced.
• Learning new and innovating products related to Doors, Frames, and Hardware.
• Foster positive and effective communication and relationships with clients

Education/Certifications:

• HS Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
• College Degree ( Preferred)

Experience:

• 1-5 years related industry experience
