Roncelli, Inc. is currently seeking a full time Estimator that has a minimum of two (2) years of experience in commercial construction estimating, engineering, or similar experience.  

The Estimator will be responsible for estimating construction costs including planning and scheduling. Provide and/or coordinate full estimating services and all types of contracts. Prepare competitive bid proposals, conceptual estimating, value engineering and provide appropriate estimating services on construction management proposals.

Required Skills and Knowledge

Education:    

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a construction related field or equivalent combinations of training and experience. .
• Master’s degree preferred, but not required.

Experience:  

• Two (2) years of commercial construction estimating, engineering or similar experience required.    
• Thorough knowledge of estimating techniques, all engineering disciplines, cost control systems and accounts required.
• Ability to estimate all types of projects/contracts.
• Proficient communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong computer skills are required.  Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Procore, SmartBuild.Net and any owner/architect required software (i.e. Covisint and E-Builder).
