Description:

• Client is seeking a construction estimator with 2-3 years experience.
• Client projects vary from multi family to storage units and RV parks.
• Construction/Civil estimating software
• Construction/Civil drawing understanding and takeoff capabilities
• Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel, and Project Manager
• Complete knowledge of divisions 1-16 of general construction knowledge
• Experience in the Construction/Civil bid process
• Excellent time management skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Prepare estimates of probable costs of materials, labor and equipment, and subcontracts.
• Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures
• Prepare cost and expenditure statements and forecasts at regular intervals for the duration of a project
• Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers, contractors and subcontractors
• Manage and coordinate construction projects, and prepare construction progress schedules
