• Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to understand the scope and requirements of construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation.

• Utilize construction estimating software and tools to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates.
• Enter and manipulate data within estimating software to generate material and labor costs.

• Research and compile accurate costs for materials, equipment, and labor required for each project.
• Stay updated on market trends, material costs, and industry standards to ensure competitive and up-to-date estimates.

• Perform quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications to determine the quantities of materials needed for a project.

• Assist in the preparation of bid proposals, including detailed cost breakdowns and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with the bidding team to ensure that proposals are competitive and meet client requirements.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to gather information and clarify project details.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as required.

• Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and related documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost tracking during construction.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology.
• Familiarity with construction estimating software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
