Description:

An estimator is someone who has previous knowledge in Xactimate, an estimate application used to create Roof Replacement and Repair estimates to send to insurances. Our company works with many insurance companies to get a Homeowners roof covered when the damages are under their policy. After creating and sending the estimate, you will be following up with the adjuster on file for that claim and ensure they review and approve the additional line items.

Responsibilities:

1. Will create Xactimate estimates and will email to insurance companies.

2. Will be using our CRM to keep clients on the right board in the estimating process.

3. Will be calling insurance adjusters to negotiate overall scope of work, price and any questions they may have.

4. Will be communicating with sales rep and the office manager on a day to day basis as well as the rest of the team.

Requirements:

- Xactimate Knowledge

- Insurance Knowledge

- Great communication skills and ability to work in a team.

- Able to professionally respond to rejections, disapprovals, and difficult situations with adjusters.

- Knowledge in Roofing Systems (Shingles, Tile, Metal, Flat)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
