THE POSITION
Honeywell
is seeking an outstanding candidate as Senior Director, M&A
Integration with demonstrated leadership experience and a successful
track record in M&A, JVs, partnerships and alliances, divestitures and
integration.
The
selected candidate will report to the SVP, Corporate Development and Global
Head of M&A and have direct regular exposure to Honeywell’s senior
executive team.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the SVP, Corporate Development & Global Head of M&A to build a world-class M&A integration program based on best-in-class practices that enable Honeywell to execute on its inorganic growth vision.
Update, design and deliver Honeywell’s scalable integration strategy, process and execution project plan, incorporating common methodologies to build, track, plan, schedule, monitor and report on all M&A deals.
Provide considerations and oversight to the integration plan agreed upon with the acquiring businesses that are aligned with the strategic goals of the M&A deal.
Build integration, separation, and joint venture plan templates that can be tailored based on specifics of individual transactions, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all deliverables associated with those transactions
Train and provide support through the lifecycle of integration projects to the individual integration leaders and functions for each transaction
Serve as single point of contact and coordination for integration to all stakeholder groups during the diligence phase.
Conduct due diligence, assess the operational risks associated with integration, and provide support for requirements gathering and analysis.
Partner with business stakeholders to increase organizational knowledge, build relationships, assist in the development of operational plans, and confirm integration/separation approach
Drive continued usage and adoption of M&A deal tool software to plan, execute, and monitor transactions as a single source of truth.
Define measurable achievements of specific value drivers and leading indicators throughout the integration lifecycle for each transaction.
· Monitor monthly KPIs and P&Ls of
the acquiring business as an indicator of the efficacy of the integration plan
and process implemented.
· Exhibit superior organization and
project management skills, often in an influence driven matrixed
environment.
· Be able to lead M&A acquisition integration,
joint venture, and divestiture processes as needed.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to create a better, faster, easier integration experience for each M&A deal leveraging lessons learned.
