Ethics and Mission Integration Director incorporates the organization's mission, values, and philosophies into the operations, policies, and goals of the organization. Directs and develops education and training programs for employees and the community that communicate and reinforce the organization's value driven mission. Being an Ethics and Mission Integration Director reviews patient care outcomes and issues to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and ethics. Advises leaders with strategic planning and decision-making to ensure ethics and values are considered. Additionally, Ethics and Mission Integration Director typically requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Ethics and Mission Integration Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
