Lourdes Medical Center is seeking a Director - Mission Integration.
In the tradition of the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Carondelet, the Director of Mission Integration assists Lourdes Health Administration in enabling the healing Mission and Philosophy of Lourdes Health to be vital and operational. In collaboration with Administration, the Director ensures that all policies and practices are consistent with Gospel Values and with the Catholic Church’s social and moral teaching. Participates at the corporate level with the CEO, Board Members, and other Administrators and physicians in developing and implementing strategic goals and objectives to assist the organization in providing quality health care service to our dear neighbor. Manages day-to-day operations of the Mission Integration and Pastoral Care Departments, establishing and monitoring policies, procedures, standards, and objectives, budget etc. Oversees additional departments as assigned. Monitors adherence with the Catholic Identity Agreement and prepares with the CEO the documents to be presented to the Bishop of Spokane. Organizes and coordinates Lourdes Health initiatives regarding the Spirituality of Work and ongoing formation. Organizes and coordinates the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee and other committees as assigned. A critical attribute required of this position is exceptional interpersonal customer service consisting of an outgoing positive attitude, warm friendly joyful demeanor, and the utmost care and reverence for our guests, patients, families, customers and colleagues.
Salary Range: $39.93 - $55.90
