Ethics and Mission Integration Director incorporates the organization's mission, values, and philosophies into the operations, policies, and goals of the organization. Being an Ethics and Mission Integration Director reviews patient care outcomes and issues to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and ethics. Job Description
Overview:
The Shop Lead is responsible for all phases of all types of electrical, control panel builds and Process skid builds. The Shop Lead will take a scope of work and technical drawings from a customer, organize and procure the material needed, schedule and delegate the entire build process, ensure process safety, ensure and implement a quality control and testing process, deliver finished product via customers shipping requirements. Must be able to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams. Must be familiar with component manufactures and common electrical components. Must be highly organized and have a strict attention to detail.
Requirements:
· 3-5 years of experience working as a panel builder and/or working in the electrical industry.
· Must be familiar with UL508A standards.
· Must be able to read and understand electrical drawings and schematics.
· Must be able to use and read various types of electrical/electronic meters for trouble shooting and diagnosing problems.
· Must have strong mechanical aptitude.
· Must have good organizational skills.
· Must be detail oriented.
· Must be motivated and ambitious. Able to work individually as well as lead a team.
· Proficient with basic computer programs. ie: Excel, Word, Teams, etc.
· Must be a “Team” player and strive to help others succeed.
· Must have good communication skills.
· Must have the physical ability to stand, stoop and/or kneel for extended periods of time.
· Must be capable of carrying/moving objects up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Capabilities
· Ability to use CAD software for drawings.
· Ability to use Blue Beam software for drawings.
· Ability to produce panel bid/proposal based on customer provided information.
· Knowledge of UL508A standards.
· UL508A Certified
Pay Scale
$25-36/hr DOE
