```Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. This is a key role that requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences
- Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist with special projects as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience in an executive administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Excellent calendar management skills using Outlook Calendar or similar tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Experience with office management tasks such as organizing files, maintaining records, etc.
- Familiarity with phone systems and professional phone etiquette
