We are a licensed agency through the CT Dept. of Developmental Services and accredited by CARF. Community Social Integration operates multiple group homes across the Hamden and North Haven areas with our corporate office located in North Haven, CT.
We are seeking a Residential Program Coordinator with a successful track record for managing the operations of multiple group homes. The Residential Program Coordinator holds an integral role in the company and requires strong management and leadership experience. Additionally, the right candidate has first-hand knowledge of DDS procedures and regulations along with the ability to provide oversight in area’s related to individuals’ finances. The Residential Coordinator will oversee and participate in the development of the overall Plans of Services for individuals. Must possess the ability to connect with and build positive working relationships with residential managers, direct care staff and our individuals to insure consistent and positive outcome measures.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1 year of management experience, preferably within a group home setting.
