Directs and develops education and training programs for employees and the community that communicate and reinforce the organization's value driven mission. Being an Ethics and Mission Integration Director reviews patient care outcomes and issues to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and ethics. Advises leaders with strategic planning and decision-making to ensure ethics and values are considered. Additionally, Ethics and Mission Integration Director typically requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Ethics and Mission Integration Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. We are looking for an experienced project management leader to seamlessly integrate multiple projects at Be Well Orange County / Mind OC. A talented leader responsible for all aspects of clinical integration including quality and performance, scope, budget, project timelines and deliverables. This person manages projects and people, delivering consistent quality and mitigating risk. This role will facilitate the planning, management, and cross-functional implementation of projects associated with cross-functional clinical excellence across the Be Well services lines.
