Ethics and Mission Integration Director incorporates the organization's mission, values, and philosophies into the operations, policies, and goals of the organization. Directs and develops education and training programs for employees and the community that communicate and reinforce the organization's value driven mission. Being an Ethics and Mission Integration Director reviews patient care outcomes and issues to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and ethics. Advises leaders with strategic planning and decision-making to ensure ethics and values are considered. Additionally, Ethics and Mission Integration Director typically requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Ethics and Mission Integration Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.     Join Our Team as our Director of Clinical Integration across the Be Well Organization!

    We are looking for an experienced project management leader to seamlessly integrate multiple projects at Be Well Orange County / Mind OC. A talented leader responsible for all aspects of clinical integration including quality and performance, scope, budget, project timelines and deliverables. This person manages projects and people, delivering consistent quality and mitigating risk. This role will facilitate the planning, management, and cross-functional implementation of projects associated with cross-functional clinical excellence across the Be Well services lines.

    Primary Functions:

    • Identifies opportunities for process improvement, and drive and/or support the effort to develop and implement process change.
    • Develops and implements project management tools and standards that deliver informative performance metrics and other critical information to stakeholders.
    • Plays a critical role in assisting Mind OC leadership in developing and operationalizing Be Well’s integration of services across campuses.
    • Reviews overall contractual requirements for projects and specific process design methodology for individual projects. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
    • Develops collaborative relationships with key business partners and other consulting resources to help drive and lead cross functional project efforts.
    • Evaluates and improves systems and processes to effectively meet project requirements and profitability goals.
    • Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, and/or changed at the discretion of management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree; MPH preferred.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, preferred.
    • 5 or more years of increasingly responsible experience in cross-functional project management and oversight.
    • 3 or more years of project management for healthcare industry.
    • Steadfast and abiding commitment to the mission of Be Well Orange County – client care, reducing stigma and barriers of access, cherishing diversity and justice, and expanding community partnerships.
    • Knowledge of organizational strategies - The ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment, demonstrating flexibility and capacity to manage competing and changing priorities.
    • Exceptional attention to detail, exemplary communications, and ability to work simultaneously on multiple priorities.
    • Proficiency with software and/or equipment (Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
    • (Preferred) Knowledge and experience in the direct care, organizational and systemic care of persons with mental illness and substance abuse.
    • Ability to establish relationships with diverse groups; strong communication, and good listening skills.
    • Valid and unrestricted California driver’s license with a good driving record and personal auto insurance.
    • Hybrid Role - Travel up to 25% of the time.

    *Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications.
