Ethics and Mission Integration Director incorporates the organization's mission, values, and philosophies into the operations, policies, and goals of the organization. Directs and develops education and training programs for employees and the community that communicate and reinforce the organization's value driven mission. Being an Ethics and Mission Integration Director reviews patient care outcomes and issues to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and ethics. Advises leaders with strategic planning and decision-making to ensure ethics and values are considered. Additionally, Ethics and Mission Integration Director typically requires an advanced degree. About the job:
The right candidate will be an experienced manager with exceptional leadership skills, responsible for the delivery and execution of our strategic vision and implementation of our mission while overseeing our nonprofit’s daily operations, monitoring the smooth running of our processes, and ensuring that our team members are working productively, equipped with the tools and training they need. This person will be a key member of our management team, fostering healthy relationships within the Organization, among our clients, and with the entities we do business with. Additional responsibilities include providing cohesive management across three locations as well as assisting with the onboarding of new staff and volunteers.
Wages and Compensation:
We offer competitive wages starting between $85,000 - $90,000 base salary depending on experience along with the opportunity for bonuses. We offer the following benefits: Health, dental and vision benefits. In addition, there is group term life insurance, voluntary term life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment coverage and long-term disability available. 401K with a 3% match regardless of contribution. 5 days paid vacation.
