• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to set technology priorities and ensure IT investments support business growth.
• Establish and maintain robust IT governance, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Oversee risk management, disaster recovery planning, and IT security protocols.
• Direct the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
• Ensure scalability and performance of the IT environment to meet current and future business needs.
• Manage the IT department budget, allocating resources effectively and optimizing costs.
• Collaborate with procurement to negotiate vendor contracts and maintain vendor relationships.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their potential for integration into the organization's operations.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in IT processes and systems.
• Emphasis on Microsoft Office 365 administration.
• Project manage key IT initiatives which will require coordination and collaboration with key stakeholders and other departments

Work will typically be performed in an office environment.
• 80 PTO hours available after first 60 days of service.
