About the Position

We are looking for an accomplished and forward-thinking IT Director who can shape the future of our IT landscape and lead our technology initiatives to new heights. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our IT infrastructure, systems, and strategies align with our business objectives and provide a competitive advantage.

General Tasks

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives.

• Collaborate with senior management to set technology priorities and ensure IT investments support business growth.

• Establish and maintain robust IT governance, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Oversee risk management, disaster recovery planning, and IT security protocols.

• Direct the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.

• Ensure scalability and performance of the IT environment to meet current and future business needs.

• Manage the IT department budget, allocating resources effectively and optimizing costs.

• Collaborate with procurement to negotiate vendor contracts and maintain vendor relationships.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their potential for integration into the organization's operations.

• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in IT processes and systems.

• Emphasis on Microsoft Office 365 administration.

• Project manage key IT initiatives which will require coordination and collaboration with key stakeholders and other departments

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Director or C-level IT executive with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

• Demonstrated success in developing and executing IT strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational growth.
• Deep knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and security standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

Work will typically be performed in an office environment.

Salary & Benefits

• 80 PTO hours available after first 60 days of service.
