Ethics and Mission Integration Director - Systems incorporates the health care systems' mission, values, and philosophies into the operations, policies, and goals of the organization. Directs and develops education and training programs for employees and the community that communicate and reinforce the system's value driven mission. Being an Ethics and Mission Integration Director - Systems reviews patient care outcomes and issues to ensure alignment with the system's mission and ethics. Advises leaders with strategic planning and decision-making to ensure ethics and values are considered. Additionally, Ethics and Mission Integration Director - Systems typically requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Ethics and Mission Integration Director - Systems manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Amphibious Vehicle Instructional Systems Developer

  • Job Description

    Instructs students (international and domestic, internal and external) on the technical and theoretical aspects of amphibious vehicles systems at a variety of levels (e.g., novice to professional personnel).

    Applies basic knowledge of Technical Instruction principles and disciplines throughout the analysis, development, implementation, and evaluation phases of training programs.

    Maintains a safe work environment and ensures compliance with safety objectives and policies.

    Serves as technical consultant to field service personnel and customers to resolve complex technical issues related to systems failures.
    self-development with immediate supervisor.

    Serves as technical consultant for training development as SME to develop instructional materials. Reviews instructional materials and courses for technical accuracy, company and military specifications.

    Consults with design engineers to ensure that training considerations are incorporated into system design efforts. Participates in formal technical reviews.

    Shares responsibility of self-development with immediate supervisor.


    Required Education, Experience, & Skills
    Must have completed:
    USMC Instructor Development Course
    Assault Amphibious Vehicle (AAV) Repair Course (MOS 2141)
    Assault Amphibious Vehicle (AAV) Intermediate Repair Course
    Fuel and Electronic Systems Repair Course
    Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) Field Level Maintenance Course

    Candidates should have 10 or more years of experience operating as a USMC heavy equipment mechanic, specifically amphibious vehicles, AAV and ACV.
    The Candidates shall have experience as AAV Field level maintenance Instructor and Amphibious Combat Vehicle (ACV) Field Level Maintenance Course



    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
    Experience with new equipment testing and logistic demonstration testing.

    Pay Information
    Full-Time Salary Range: $50580 - $85950

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
