Ethics and Mission Integration Director - Systems incorporates the health care systems' mission, values, and philosophies into the operations, policies, and goals of the organization. Directs and develops education and training programs for employees and the community that communicate and reinforce the system's value driven mission. Being an Ethics and Mission Integration Director - Systems reviews patient care outcomes and issues to ensure alignment with the system's mission and ethics. Advises leaders with strategic planning and decision-making to ensure ethics and values are considered.     C4ISR, a high growth, entrepreneurial organization, that develops state-of the-art mission management technologies, components and systems for many customers in the defense industry. Today’s warfighters and intelligence analysts are overwhelmed with data and tasks from a variety of unmanned vehicle systems. C4ISR helps the warfighter become more effective in supplying Software Defined Open Architecture SIGINT systems.

    Responsibilities of this software/hardware oriented role include:
    • Perform Integration and Test of Software into hardware systems
    • Hands-on Integration and Test of SIGINT systems
    • Development of test tools
    • Interface with Systems Engineering and Software Development Teams
    • Problem/anomaly reporting, tracking and resolution
    • Agile development environment
    • Generation of Test Plans, detailed Procedures and Reports
    Although some flexibility is acceptable, a major part of this position requires in-house hands-on lab tasking.


    Required Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering or related engineering field and 6 years of experience in related field, 4 years with Master’s Degree
    • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
    • Experience in performing software and systems integration and testing
    • Experience with issue tracking systems
    • Experience with Agile development
    • Team player with proactive attitude and the ability to be productive in a dynamic/collaborative environment.
    • Able to obtain DOD Top Secret Clearance


    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Experience with containerization technologies (Kubernetes or Docker) and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Rancher or Docker Swarm)
    • Knowledge of Linux/Unix OS systems administration and troubleshooting
    • RF, Radar, EO/IR, Electronic Warfare, SIGINT or Software Defined Radio experience
    • Experience designing, writing, testing, integrating, and debugging open architecture SW
    • Experience writing test plans, procedures, schedules and reports in accordance with program and system requirements
    • The development of user stories, backlog prioritization and management, technical documentation, sprint planning, resource management and customer engagement.
    • Proficiency with Agile management tools (e.g., Jira, etc.)
    • Experience developing test tools using Matlab and/or Python
    • Currently holds Secret or Top Secret DOD Clearance


    Pay Information
    Full-Time Salary Range: $112420 - $191070

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
