The Senior Director of Mission Services is responsible for the oversight of Goodwill Mission programs with a focus on Nurse Family Partnership (NFP). The Director is responsible for managing multi-million-dollar budgets and grants, cultivating community support for programs, and creating an atmosphere that promotes trust, cooperation, and customer service excellence. The Senior Director works within the local, state and national community to assure the NFP program is implemented according to established guidelines. The Senior Director is Goodwill’s liaison to the NFP National Service Office, the Indiana Department of Health. The role has overall responsibility for providing the strategic direction for the Nurse-Family Partnership program in alignment with Goodwill’s strategic plan. This position leads the development of service delivery standards and procedures for the program, as well as proactively researches and recommends courses of action to prevent problems and maintain high client graduation levels for the NFP client community. This position reports to the Chief Mission Officer who evaluates performance annually.
