Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ERP/HR & Systems Integration/Business Analyst for a Hybrid 12 month opportunity to join our team. In this role, you will advise, plan, coordinate, and guide our clients in integrating their disparate legacy data and systems into new ERP systems. You will be responsible for analyzing and documenting the business discovery process, providing recommendations, and supporting clients with documentation and technical assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage the integration of new application systems into existing network infrastructure, systems, and software
- Collaborate with clients to develop long-term strategic goals for systems and software
- Ensure software integration meets technical requirements, compliance, data privacy, and other specifications
- Review and analyze existing systems, recommending strategies for improvement
- Map legacy systems to new software, develop test scripts, and provide training to clients
- Collaborate with the project manager to scope, schedule, and prioritize project tasks
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
- Research and recommend hardware, software, and protocols for clients
- Evaluate, install, configure, and deploy systems software and enhancements
- Analyze new applications to determine functionality and compatibility
- Resolve end-user issues during Go-Live and provide ongoing support
- Evaluate project integration results, report findings, and make recommendations
- Ensure system security through access control, monitoring, and routine evaluations
- Interpret and analyze complex data sets using statistical techniques
- Conduct in-depth tests on integrations and communicate issues to stakeholders
- Monitor and optimize system performance and maintain system inventory
- Perform related duties consistent with the position's scope and intent
Requirements:
- College degree in computer science or information systems preferred
- 15 years of work experience in a related field, with school district experience required
- Strong knowledge of systems integration, troubleshooting, and network hardware
- Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols, firewall management, and database administration
- Experience with relational database servers and system testing
- Ability to understand client goals and objectives quickly
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in SQL and report writing
- Familiarity with code and script (PHP, Python, Powershell) a plus
- Knowledge of best practices in a high availability, scalable environment
- Experience with school software integration (e.g., Oracle Fusion ERP, Munis) preferred
- Proficient in MS Office, Visio, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills for all levels of the organization
