Responsibilities:

• The Mission Integration Coordinator Collaborates with the department leadership to enable Mission Integration activates across the region as well as develop spiritual enrichment activates/resources for team members and physicians.
• Assesses, develops, designs, implements, and leads educational program, activities, tools within the health system and in the community to maintain and improve, advance and align ST. Joseph's Hospitals Catholic identity, Franciscan heritage including the Franciscan Sisters of Allegany charism and legacy, spirituality; ethics and ethics related issues; team member support.
• Understanding and knowledge of Catholic theology, Catholic Church practices, and Ethical and Religious Directives of Catholic Health Care (ERDs), as promulgated by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB).
• Manages the operations of the Food Clinic.
• Manages grants processes to support mission integration projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Theology related or Bachelors in related field.
• Preferred Master's Degree in Theology related
