Executive Assistant provides multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of an executive's time and productive interactions with staff and the public. Handles a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and people. Being an Executive Assistant manages the executive's schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and complex travel arrangements. Conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the executive and prepares summaries and reports. Additionally, Executive Assistant develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization. Uses discretion, judgment, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities and maintain confidentiality. May be responsible for directing and deploying support staff or other resources. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to c-suite executive. The Executive Assistant work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. We're interviewing for an Executive Assistant that will support one of our Partners and his Practice's Associates.
Responsibilities:
· Support Practice Partner by conducting research for their business development initiatives
· Assist electronic outreach efforts to both new and existing clients
· Conduct market research and surveys as requested by the Partner
· Online research to identify individuals meeting for exclusive searches
· Initiate electronic outreach efforts to individuals
Project Support
· Under the Partner’s direction, communicate with existing and prospective client and candidate relationships electronically
· Conduct in-depth market research in related industries
· Manage and frequently update CRM database
· Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects as assigned by the Partner
Operations Support
· Calendar management for the Partner and other administrative tasks
· Assistance with scheduling interviews for clients/candidates
· Arrange travel accommodations when necessary
· Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the Partner, ensuring professionalism and accuracy
· Create electronic documents to improve client experience
Qualifications:
Compensation expectations for this position are between $45,000-55,000 base salary with bonus potential.
