Conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the executive and prepares summaries and reports. Duties:

- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle calls professionally
- Experience with file management and maintaining organized records
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software applications
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or front desk receptionist is a plus
