Executive Assistant provides multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of an executive's time and productive interactions with staff and the public. Handles a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and people. Being an Executive Assistant manages the executive's schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and complex travel arrangements. Conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the executive and prepares summaries and reports. Additionally, Executive Assistant develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels of the organization. Uses discretion, judgment, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities and maintain confidentiality. May be responsible for directing and deploying support staff or other resources. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to c-suite executive. Kannact Health Executive Assistant is responsible for supporting the company CEO’s day to day administrative and business functions.
Essential Job Functions:
• Support the CEO primarily and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently
• Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing presentations, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
• Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
• Perform minor accounting duties
• Prepare reports by researching and analyzing information
• Manage the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements
• Assist executives in documenting meetings
• Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
• Project Management
• Other related duties as assigned
