Job Duties
Greets valued guests in a courteous manner, developing a recognition for these players and extending a positive image to these guests. Host obtains photo identification and player cards for complimentary requests. Records all guests entering lounges on daily tally Sheet. Performs other related duties as assigned. Responsible for approving access to VIP benefits and lounges. Promotes superior guest service. Has the ability to extend complementary services in accordance with the approved comp matrix.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma required. One year of high volume casino experience required. Must be able to stand during entire shift with frequent reaching, bending and stooping. Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours including weekends and holidays.ix.
