Position Title: Administrative Intern

Reports To: Administrative Team

Position Summary:

Accolade Healthcare is looking for students eager to receive hands-on education through an internship during the Summer 2024 semester.

• Be focused on accuracy in all areas of the role
• Ensure clear and effective communication both internally and externally
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality in all areas

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Perform a variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the Administrator's ability to effectively lead the facility
• Work closely with the Administrator and provide confidential administrative support to the Leadership Team
• Event Management Support: Coordinate all Leadership Team meetings and assist with staff meetings and events. Including, but not limited to, creating, preparing, and finalizing agendas; securing meeting location; arranging equipment needs; ordering food/beverages; taking minutes during meetings, if required
• Organize and management of information systems; such as the Corporate G-Drive and other systems and documents
• Prepares documents and presentations for Administrator
• Manage multiple Administrative calendars
• Manage travel plans as requested by the Administrator
• All other projects/duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills or Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal-communication skills
• Self-Directed and able to work independently
• Ability to prioritize and complete tasks independently
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Technical proficiency in MS 365 including Adobe and Teams; with excellence in Word and Excel
• Ability to perform with a high level of professionalism, integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
• Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations or events that require quick response

Additional Information:

• This is not a remote position
• Minimal travel may be required – central Illinois
