The Executive Chef Assistant - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Key Skills Include:
Proficient knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word and Publisher)- Strong communication skills
- Able to quickly learn software programs
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Self-starter and able to manage time and tasks with or without direction
Qualifications:
High School diploma (or equivalent)- Preferred - minimum of two years' administrative assistant experience with increasing responsibility in a customer service, team-oriented environment
- A combination of other experience/training that enables the candidate to perform the job duties
Hourly Wage - depending upon experience- Paid training
