Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
● Transfer all current data into a new inventory system.
● Maintain and implement the new inventory system.
Administrative Support:
● Handle booking and update calendars for the management team.
● Organize meetings and send meeting reminders to clients and coworkers.
● Write and develop procedures for the new inventory system.
● Create a training manual and videos to educate management and future employees on the new system.
● Research and compile data on the rental furniture industry and consumer base.
Website Development:
● Develop a rental furniture website to showcase our products and services.
● Create and update the product catalog on the website.
● Provide technical support for website maintenance.
Customer Service:
● Provide exceptional customer service support to both potential and current clients.
● Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
● Keep the client base updated weekly and inform management of customer feedback.
Market Research and Marketing:
● Research the rental furniture industry to identify trends and opportunities.
● Identify potential clients and reach out to them, as well as maintain relationships with current clients.
● Assist in developing marketing strategies and materials.
● Work with multimedia, including taking pictures and measurements of all furniture and decor, and upload all relevant information to the website and product catalog.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

● Web development and graphic design skills (preferred).
