The Executive Chef Assistant - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. Develops and maintains an excellent rapport with gaming guest. Efficiently responds and arranges special services for quality guest with Casino Marketing and/or VIP Guest Services Department. Ability to establish strong working relationships with Casino and Slot operations. Identifies and educates existing and new players on the Marquee Program. Assists in planning and hosting special events. Constantly looks for new ideas that will enhance the casino guest's service. Maintains a professional image and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures to reflect three integrity of the company. Acts as role model and always presents oneself as a credit to 1st Jackpot Casino and encourages others to do the same. Meets the attendance guidelines of the job.
Hospitality industry experience and two (2) to four (4) years in the hotel environment is preferred. Knowledge of computer function, customer service and telemarketing is essential. Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team. Must present a well-groomed appearance.
